Hi! I’m Barbara. I’m 78 years old. I specialize in guiding those 60+ from aches to ease, improving sleep and graceful movement through gentle, slow techniques tailored for everyday enjoyment and fun.

My path to becoming a multi-certified wellness trainer started forty years ago amid severe back pain. However, terrible back pain and sciatica nearly halted this passion, leading me to discover the Feldenkrais Method. A simple 20-minute routine not only resolved my pain over three decades ago but also launched a lifetime free of symptoms. 

This revelation propelled me to delve into modern dance and ballet with a Masters in Dance. Plus I added yoga, Pilates, craniosacral therapy, and massage, becoming a certified yoga teacher and Feldenkrais practitioner. With over 35 years of teaching experience, my approach is gentle, effective, and supportive, aiding thousands in reclaiming the joy of active, pain-free living.
