Unlimited Members, click the dark blue box to login to the vault and choose a class recording, plus access the Zoom login information for classes. To reset your password, simply click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login screen and follow the prompts.
Barbara is away for holidays 4 weeks of the year. During the weeks that she is away, live classes will not be held. Please use the vault of classes during this time. Thank you!

How do I reset my password?
For the unlimited membership, click here, then click ‘Forgot Password’ to reset your password using the email address you used when your purchased the membership.

How do I attend class?
For virtual attendance at a live class, consult the schedule and join 5 minutes before class starts using the Zoom link provided to you in the membership vault.

Tips for a Great Experience:
- Arrive early: Log in 5-10 minutes before the class to get settled and ensure your Zoom is working.
- Set up your space: Find a quiet, comfortable area with enough room to stretch and move.
- Prepare your mat and props: A yoga mat, blanket, or towel will work just fine. You can also use pillows or yoga blocks if you have them.
- Wear comfortable clothing: Choose something breathable and easy to move in.
If this is your first time using Zoom, don’t worry! Simply click the Zoom link for the class and it will guide you through the steps to join the class.

How do I cancel or upgrade my membership?
To upgrade from a class membership to an unlimited membership, please contact us and we will upgrade your membership for you!
To cancel your membership, visit the Customer Hub here.
You will be prompted to enter your email to receive a login code to your account. Once you retrieve that in your email inbox and successfully log in, click on Subscriptions, then click on your current subscription to cancel:
Please note: You will be billed on the same day of the month for your recurring membership. When you choose to cancel, you will have access until the end of your current billing cycle. It is up to you to ensure that you know your charge date and cancel before your next charge. You will not be refunded for the month if you did not cancel in time.
How do I update my billing information?

How do I share my Zoom video so I can receive in-class instruction?
You will need to have a web camera either built into your laptop or a separate web camera connected to your desktop computer.
